About This Project
Why this site exists, what we believe, and what we ask of you.
Our Mission
Syed Ali Khamenei was killed on March 1, 2026. In the days that followed, Western media ran the same headlines they always had — the same caricature, the same one-dimensional portrait. A poet reduced to a villain. A scholar flattened into a stereotype. A lifetime of nuanced thought compressed into hostile soundbites.
This project exists because his story deserves to be told fully — now more than ever. Here you'll find what the media never showed you: the letters he wrote directly to Western youth, the poetry that revealed his inner world, the intellectual breadth that included Western literature alongside Islamic scholarship, and the personal simplicity that defied every stereotype.
We believe that understanding is the antidote to fear. Not agreement — understanding. You can disagree with someone and still see their humanity. You can critique a leader's policies while acknowledging the fullness of their character. This is what mature, thoughtful engagement looks like.
The mainstream Western media has, for decades, presented a one-dimensional picture of Iran and its leadership. This is not a conspiracy theory — it is a well-documented pattern studied by scholars like Edward Said, Noam Chomsky, and many others. We simply ask you to consider that the picture you've been shown may be incomplete.
What We Ask of You
Three simple things — nothing more.

Question
Ask yourself: does the image in my head match what I'm reading here? If not, why not? Who benefits from the discrepancy? These are not rhetorical questions — they deserve honest answers.
Share
If you find value here, share it. Not to convince anyone, but to open a door. Understanding spreads one conversation at a time.
